Our office hour is from 10AM to 5PM Japan time. Any work outside this ordinary office hour is subject to extra payment (25% added after 5pm, and 35% added during holidays) regardless of the types of organisations. 10 % VAT in Japan as well as administrative costs at 15% will be added on our invoices. Should the administrative costs be not added, equivalent fees will automatically be deducted in the form of reduced working hours. We will not deliver work as an individual. However, with several exceptions such as lectures and talks at public institutes or university classes, income tax at the rate of 10.21% will uniformly be added to the invoice. We abide by Japanese laws without any exception.
Our initial dialogue is free for 30 minutes. After this, 25,000 yen (ca. 220 US dollars) per hour will be charged universally regardless of a contract.
